Job Title Senior PMO Specialist – ERP Implementation Program Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior PMO specialist professional to strengthen our ERP Implementation Program. In this role, you support program governance, planning, reporting, and cross‑workstream coordination to enable successful delivery of a large-scale transformation. Key Responsibilities: What do we ask from you? - Maintain program governance routines and support steering committee preparation. - Operational Manage the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. - Track risks, issues, and actions (RAID) and support mitigation planning. - Produce weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports. - Consolidate status updates into clear reports and dashboards for leadership. - Facilitate cross‑team alignment, workshops, and decision-making sessions. - Maintain PMO standards, templates, and documentation quality. - Track ownership and follow‑up actions. - schedules appointments and ensures that attendance at meetings is at the right level - Bachelor’s or further degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or similar. - 3–5 years of PMO or project/pro...
