Description POSITION SUMMARY: Working closely with the Director of Distribution, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the Phoenix Rescue Mission warehouse operation, including, but not limited to, receiving goods; managing inventory; organizing and maximizing storage space; coordinating shipping, pickup, and delivery activities; and ensuring warehouse safety and cleanliness. The Manager also leads and manages the warehouse staff, volunteers, and work therapy clients, ensuring team objectives are met. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for cultivating a culture and climate that aligns with Phoenix Rescue Mission’s organizational values and for modeling behaviors that align with those values.
