Company Description R26_0008323: The Senior Commercial Contracts Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor supporting all company verticals, other than media, including financial services, government, and all other retail measurement licensing data. This position will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on licensing and complex agreements. The Counsel will deliver strategic and timely legal guidance to facilitate business objectives while ensuring the company’s interests and compliance requirements are robustly protected.
