Overview The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all functions of managing and executing nationwide for janitorial and environmental services operations for multiple facilities. The Director of Operations should be able to implement innovative strategies in order to boost efficiency and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The Director of Operations will play a principal role in the overall quality, efficiency, and success of our operations. The Director of Operations will work closely with leadership in Sales, Risk Management, HR, and Finance to help execute strategies for company growth and profitability.
