Job Title Clinical Application Specialist - Hospital Patient Monitoring - Southern Italy Territory Job Description: As a Clinical Application Specialist in Hospital Patient Monitoring ( HPM ), you will act as the clinical expert for IIG (Italy, Israel, and Greece), engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs, optimize their workflows, support sales, train users, and provide valuable market insights to enhance Philips' innovative monitoring solutions and maximize customer satisfaction. Your role: - Being the clinical referent for HPM within the territory of competence (IIG: Italy, Israel and Greece) - Understand customer needs and be able to analyze and improve workflows - Responsible to support the sales process for both direct and indirect channel by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base, supporting and advising marketing force during tenders and system promotions - Educates sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
