People Partnering Administrator Location: Hospital location-Midlands- Hybrid working: Contract: Permanent Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support and making a real difference to the colleague experience? Join us as a People Partnering Administrator and play a key role in enabling our People team to deliver outstanding service across multiple hospital sites. Locations covering the Midlands area. Why this role matters: At Spire Healthcare, our people are at the heart of everything we do. This role is all about ensuring smooth, efficient HR processes that keep our hospitals running seamlessly. You’ll be the backbone of our People Partnering team, providing high-quality administrative support and helping us maintain strong governance and compliance. What you’ll be doing: - Support the People Partnering team across 5–6 hospitals, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all HR processes. - Manage employee lifecycle administration – from onboarding and contracts to leavers and everything in between. - Maintain HR systems and data integrity , ensuring records are accurate and up to date. - Provide case and process administration for employee relations and absence management. -...
