Job Title - Corporate Counsel Location - Copenhagen: Hours - Full Time: About the role: We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Corporate Counsel to join our Group Legal team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. The function is part of the Group’s Legal, Regulatory and Public Affairs organisation and plays an active role in enabling the business to operate confidently and efficiently—by managing risk pragmatically, ensuring compliance, and supporting commercial objectives in a complex and evolving regulatory landscape. As part of Group Legal, you will support the business globally (excluding the US), working closely with commercial teams and other functions. The role offers broad exposure to the business and an opportunity to develop your legal skills while contributing to the Group’s long‑term, sustainable success.
