Senior Software Engineer - Back End Why This is an Exciting Role: As a Senior Software Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), the selected candidate will be responsible for: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements Work closely with the Chief Engineer to design feature specifications and build products Conduct design and code reviews: Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems What Makes BI&A Different: As a fully owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, BI&A offers an optimal mix of a small company environment with exceptional opportunities supported by a large corporation.
