Your Opportunity Stantec's Hawaii offices are hiring a full-time or part-time Associate Level Senior Environmental Planner. As a Senior Environmental Planner you will work in a dynamic team environment with other environmental planners, engineers, environmental scientists, ecologists, and regulatory experts with a high capacity for growth. This position will include opportunities for primarily office work; some field work and travel for meetings and conferences will be required. Your Key Responsibilities: - Manage the preparation of environmental compliance documents (Hawaii Environmental Quality Act/ National Environmental Policy Act [HEPA/ NEPA]). - Manage preparation of various environmental constraints analyses, land use entitlement reviews, as well as environmental plans and strategies required for construction and planning projects. - Contribute to business development activities, including proposals (budget development and proposal writing) and relationship building with existing and prospective clients. - Lead and/or assist with all aspects of a project, including client contact, budget control and invoicing, schedule, personnel allocation/planning, public interest facilita...
