SkillBridge Program Overview This opportunity is offered exclusively through the Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge Program and is intended for transitioning active-duty U.S. service members. SkillBridge participants remain on active duty and continue to receive military pay and benefits through the U.S. Department of War. Americold does not provide compensation or employment benefits during the SkillBridge participation period. Participation in SkillBridge does not guarantee employment with Americold upon completion.
