Company: Marsh Corporate Description: Marsh & McLennan Shared Services LLC is seeking candidates for the following full-time position based in the Morristown, NJ office (A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with company policies.): Platform Support Administrator - Technical Lead We will count on you to: Support the design, implementation and ongoing support of the Planview platform. Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Planview Portfolios modules, end-user work requests, help desk tickets, process changes, and perform regular system maintenance. Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, permissions, application configuration, and security settings. Create custom reports that support the evaluation of project/portfolio status and allow optimal start and delivery dates for projects to be determined. Develop dashboards, portlets, and reports for business data and metrics using Power BI, SSRS, and custom PL/SQL scripts. Accountable for data analysis and programming.
