The Maritime Accounting Department is seeking an Accounting Administrator for a term position. This would be to fill a one-year maternity leave. The Accounting Administrator will work from the Moncton NB office, and report directly to the Senior Controller. Duties include but are not limited to: - Construction Job & Contract Setups in JDE & Invoicing - Update, maintain and report on project budgets and forecasts on a regular basis. - Prepare and submit journal entries to assist with monthly close processes - Assist the Senior Controller and Quebec Regional Controller in generating financial statements to complete monthly and annual reporting packages - Work with an independent audit firm for financial system audits. - Liaison with Senior Controller, Quebec Regional Controller, Senior Accountant, Division Manager and co-workers - Assist with Quarterly and Year-end inventory counts - Processing cash receipts for A/R - This position may also require assisting in other areas - Being bilingual would be considered an asset COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: -...
