Job Purpose/Summary: The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance for the shopping centers and respond to service calls as needed. Site maintenance will include, general exterior repairs, policing and maintaining vacant spaces, common areas, utility closets and roofs, maintaining key inventory, scheduling fire alarm/sprinkler inspections and maintaining service records. The maintenance technician is also responsible for maintaining a stock of supplies and tools and submitting expense receipts as required.
