VP Area: Advancement Department: Advancement: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Benefit Eligibility: Yes: Salary Range: The hourly rate for this position is between $16.83 and $17.79 Position Summary: The Coordinator of Alumni Engagement provides support for the University’s Alumni Engagement programs. The coordinator works closely with the Director of Alumni Engagement to develop and cultivate alumni relations and engagement with the university via a strategic plan for events, programs, database management, communications, and fundraising initiatives and other duties as assigned. The coordinator reports to the of Alumni Engagement and is a member of the University Advancement team. Minimum Qualifications: - Some experience in marketing, communications, special events, or a relevant service-related field is required. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in higher education is preferred, however, previous student employment and/or internship experience may be considered if target candidates are recent graduates.
