As a Business Applications Specialist on the Information Systems team in our New York office, you’ll play a vital role in partnering closely with Sales and Account Management teams to design, build, and implement CRM, automation, and GenAI-powered solutions. This is a builder-centric role focused on improving day-to-day workflows, accelerating productivity, and helping our global revenue engine scale more effectively. To thrive in this role, you'll need: - 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365). - Proven track record of designing and deploying complex, multi-stage automations (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Flows) - managing thousands of records and hundreds of users without compromising system performance. - Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and how to map them to technical solutions. - Experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users.
