Job Description: As a Human Resource Business Partner, you’ll work alongside a Senior HR Business Partner to support over 350 Engineers, serving as a trusted advisor on all things people-related. You understand that building strong, lasting relationships is key to influencing decision-making and driving meaningful change. Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, you embrace ambiguity and collaborate closely with department leaders and the broader HR team to enhance the employee experience at every stage of the employee life cycle. In this role, you’ll partner with the Senior HRBP to manage key HR processes, including performance reviews, employee development, hiring, succession planning, and employee relations for your assigned groups.
