About the Role: The Production Planning Customer Support Supervisor is responsible for driving effective production planning and execution to ensure on-time deliver and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications (R equired & P referred): Education: BS/BA in related field (R) such as Accounting, Business, Supervision, Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience: 5-10 years experience in Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Engineering (P) Areas of Knowledge: Understanding the impact of Sales Order and Production Specifications on the production schedule (R); Understanding of process/equipment capabilities (P), Advanced analytical capability with experience interpreting complex manufacturing, backlog, and capacity data (R); Shop Floor Reporting (P); Ability to interface directly with Sales and customers regarding order status, priorities, and delivery commitments (R); Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across functions (R); Interface with the Haynes IT department and others for development, implementation, and improvement of new and existing scheduling and reporting tools.
