In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing enquiries, delivering exceptional front-of-house support, and playing an active role in student engagement initiatives. With a focus on professional communication and accurate record-keeping, you’ll help create a positive, supportive experience that enhances student success and contributes to the university’s broader goals.
