Ensure all required program elements are provided as well as oversee the outreach, recruitment, application submission, enrollment, placement, and retention process very closely. Make referrals as necessary for clients in need of additional services. Supervise and coordinate all activities of staff; convene meetings with staff; plan and conduct participant orientation and work sponsor orientation. Accountable for reviewing and approving all project-based activities; ensure project-based activities are being implemented. Ensure all deadline dates are being met, all issues are being addressed, follow-up visits are being made, referrals are being properly made, and program participants timesheets are being calculated correctly.
