GenePlane t, a leading EU-based biotech company specializing in preventive genetic tests, is seeking a dynamic Contact Center Manager to join our growing team. With a global presence in 45+ markets and a commitment to empowering individuals to take control of their health, GenePlanet collaborates with over 5,000 medical centers, doctors, and insurance companies. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales through effective phone communication and ensuring a seamless, positive patient experience. You will manage our contact center operations, focusing on converting online leads and providing outstanding support. We are looking for a candidate with strong operational skills and fluency in both English and Italian.
