Manager (m/f/d) Investment Controlling - Group Investments

Job description

Within the Investment & Participation Controlling team of Hapag-Lloyd AG, you will be responsible for the Group investment controlling across our two segments (Liner & Terminal & Infrastructure). In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and contribute to transparent, consistent and value-driven investment decisions. By developing reporting standards, supporting business cases and preparing clear decision-making materials, you will help ensure an optimal allocation of capital at Group level. Together with the team, you will drive the further development of investment processes, reporting and data structures, enabling improved transparency, alignment and steering of the overall investment portfolio. - Drive Group investment controlling and governance across a 2‑segment setup (Liner & Terminal & Infrastructure), ensuring transparency and consistency in decision‑making - Own and further develop Group investment reporting and data‑driven tools (e.g., BI dashboards, Capex database), including management views and depreciation tracking, to support efficient investment steering - Support and challenge planning and forecasting of Group investments ,...
