Business: Boys Town National Research Hospital Job Summary: In a career as an EEG Technologist, you join us in providing life-changing care to patients from across the region. In this role, you will perform EEG (routine & long-term) studies on patients. Assist with obtaining relevant medical history, activating/recording based on clinical symptoms, and formulates technical descriptive impressions. Perform general office and reception duties as deemed necessary. Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours a week, Two 8 hour shifts that rotate and one 10-hour shift, On-Call every 6 weeks 8-hour shifts are: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and 7:30 AM-4:00 PM 10-hour shift is: 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Locations: West Hospital: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Performs and documents EEG neurodiagnostic studies in accordance with national standards and Boys Town National Research Hospital (BTNRH) policies and procedures. - Can independently and accurately merge, clip, and prune long term EEG studies. - Utilizes the hospital information system/network to complete duties and tasks.
