Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer Location: London (Covent Garden base): Must be flexible to travel to Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes and Loughborough when required Reports to: Pareto FM Lead Engineer Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £42,000 + paid travel to sites outside Covent Garden On-call: Approx. 1 week per month The Opportunity: Pareto FM are looking for a proactive, hands-on Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team, primarily supporting a key London site in Covent Garden, with occasional travel to additional locations. This is a varied, front-line engineering role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, working closely with clients, and taking ownership of site standards. You’ll be the first point of response for M&E and fabric issues, ensuring maintenance is delivered safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption to the client.
