Job description

Description Directs, leads and manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned campus. Assists CEO with the development and implementation of short and long term strategies and master plans affecting the campus. - Directs implementation of policies and procedures established by Sunnyside Board of Trustees and Sunnyside Corporate regarding resident care, employees, medical staff, financial status, public relations and maintenance. Works with department leaders to review and update policies and procedures, periodically making changes as necessary to bring campus into compliance with established guidelines. - Maintains knowledge of local, state and federal legislation and requirements to ensure that campus remains in compliance with all regulations. Responsible for ensuring staff participation and response to healthcare and assisted living surveyors and inspection process. - Recruits, selects and retains high quality talent to supervise the activities of major departments. Reviews performance of each leader and department on an on-going basis to ensure that residents receive a high quality of care. - Responsible for maintaining a positive, service-oriented culture.
