Description Position Overview: The SMU Cox School of Business is seeking an Adjunct Lecturer to teach a graduate-level Real Estate Development course beginning in March of each year. This course is currently a 7-week course that immerses graduate students in the fundamentals of the real estate development process. Historically, this course has been taught in a case study format using a local site. Student teams will work together over the term of the course to take the tract from idea inception and feasibility, through the creation of a project concept and development program. At the end of the course, student teams present their development plans to a juried panel of real estate industry executives.
