POSITION SUMMARY: The Transportation Assistant Manager supports the Transportation Logistics Manager in overseeing all transportation services within the resort, ensuring seamless and efficient transport for guests and staff. This role focuses on upholding service quality, maintaining safety standards, coordinating schedules, managing team performance, and addressing guest needs promptly. The Transportation Assistant Manager collaborates with other resort departments to optimize transportation operations, support event logistics, and contribute to guest satisfaction. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring that transportation schedules run on time, coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance staff. - Monitor and manage fleet usage, optimizing vehicle availability and reducing downtime. - Supervise and support the transportation team, including drivers, coordinators, and other support staff while assisting in training, developing, & evaluating team members to ensure excellent customer service, tracking team performance, providing constructive feedback, and addressing performance-related issues....
