Job DetailsJob Location: Yakima, WA 98901Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School or GEDSalary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: DayThe Assistant Manager oversees the operation of the assigned coffee stand or mobile truck, assuring high quality standards, training staff and participants, and providing supplemental case management to participants. This is a high visibility position that positively impacts customers and provides work skills to individuals who may not otherwise be employable due to lack of experience and resources. (ex., those who have aged out of the foster care system). This includes at risk-youth and young adult internship opportunities, while fostering a trauma-informed workplace that exercises patience and understanding for participants learning on the job. The Assistant Manager will monitor and follow policies and procedures for operations including inventory, supplies, customer service, and compliance with Washington State Department of Health.
