(MEPPI) is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze user requirements and processes to provide technological solutions for business problems. What You’ll Do: - Consult with individuals and groups to analyze current processes, system usage, problems, and priorities. Identify and develop potential solutions and enhancements, feasibility of options, data requirements, and effort estimates. - Create business requirements documents, process documents and specifications that support configuration and programming needed to meet end-user needs. - Provide technical and operational support for the implementation of business systems. - Create and maintain training materials and conduct training to support standard system functionality and enhancements. - Provide business system support to end-users on standard functionality, customizations, and system enhancements. - Complete and document unit, system, integration, and regression testing as part of delivering technology solutions. - Participate in concurrent projects throughout the software development life cycle while meeting deadlines and adhering to strict quality standards. - Furt...
