Job description

Overview The Production Engineering Specialist is responsible for supporting production engineering and automation development for new vehicle programs, managing the entire process from concept design and line layout to equipment specification, installation, and commissioning. It drives the implementation of robotics, tooling, and production equipment while coordinating closely with suppliers to ensure project timelines are met. The position focuses on improving productivity and quality by establishing and maintaining work instructions, control plans, and PFMEA within a JIS manufacturing environment. In addition, it collaborates with both local teams and headquarters in Korea to support stable mass production launches and continuous process optimization.
