Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN Department: Correctional: Employment Type: Flexible: Location: Fayette County Jail: Compensation: $32.00 / hour: Description: Job Details: For our PRN LPN position, we're looking at someone to provide at least 2 days per month. - Pay: $32-$36/hour + shift differentials Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings. - Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs. - Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care. - Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record. - Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention. - Administer medications as prescribed by the physician. - Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly. - Provide excellent care! Requirements: - Valid LPN license in the state of TN - 1 year experience as an LPN preferred - Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC - Ability to pass a background check - BLS Certification
