Join MOVATI’s Performance Coaching student Placement program and help build a culture in-Club that delivers on the promise we make to our members – feel welcome , feel comfortable and feel healthy . What You’ll Do: As a Performance Coaching Placement Student, you will work closely with the Performance Coaching and Group Fitness teams to deliver exceptional customer service to our members. This includes: - Booking of Performance Coach appointments, Group Performance Coaching & Group Fitness check ins, and recommending appropriate classes and programs based on the member’s fitness goals. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of and promoting programs, products and services. Serves as point of contact for Cardio & Fitness Equipment for member “how to” questions and inquiries. - Conducting New Member orientation sessions - Participating in training and Development, online learning, Departmental meetings - Assisting with all administrative tasks relating to the Personal Training team as required What You’ll Gain: We’re looking for an individual who is customer focused and enjoys administrative functions.
