The HR Generalist provides support to multiple HR Business Partners focused on specific, global business units within the organization, while also resolving general employee inquiries, issues, or concerns and championing employee engagement. The Generalist is a foundational HR resource for their assigned region and portfolio of business units, delivering consistent, high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
