Summary of Essential Functions: Ensures a productive, patient-centric atmosphere that promotes excellence in customer service and patient care. - Responsible and accountable for the operations management and performance of the assigned practice(s). - Manages all non-provider staff, which includes but is not limited to staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and conducting regular staff meetings. - Manages the practice revenue cycle through coordination and communication with practice front office staff and the URPG Business Office. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred. Licenses and Certifications: Licensure with the Texas Board of Nursing is preferred and strongly encouraged. CPR Certification.
