Sourcing Advisor (12-month fixed-term contract)

Job description

For Linklaters Warsaw , we are currently recruiting for the Sourcing Advisor role. This fixed term-role is responsible for supporting the company in sourcing projects related to outsourcing payroll and some marketing processes. The aim of this role is map business needs, do the market analysis, contacting potential vendors and run RFPs. You will be responsible for: Supporting the Firm by conducting end-to-end sourcing and contracting for indirect spend, specialising in HR. Collaborating with stakeholders to define procurement requirements, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and recommending innovative sourcing strategies to address complex or specialised business needs. Sourcing vendors and suppliers, aligning with GHO Strategic Sourcing to follow best practice. Conducting supplier research and offering recommendations for cost-effective and quality-driven options. Contributing to the preparation of detailed reports on sourcing performance and financial impact, providing insights for senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making.
