OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: FULL TIME: SHIFT: 1ST: SCHEDULE: 7A-3P: WAGE: $17.61: POSTED DATES: 05/06/2026- OUF: Eligible Employer for Public Student Loan Forgiveness as a U.S. federal, state, local or tribal government Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, provide routine preventative maintenance repairs to all hotel guestrooms, meeting rooms and hotel guest areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform routine and repetitious preventative maintenance repairs in all hotel guestrooms. - Check, diagnose and repair all required equipment in the hotel including, but not limited to: doors and door hardware, bathroom plumbing fixtures, telephone programming, television systems, windows, draperies and furniture. - Complete repairs and new installation of building systems such as ceilings, walls and flooring. This includes ceiling systems like drywall, suspended grid systems and specialty finishes; wall systems of decorative panels or drywall and flooring systems including carpet, vinyl/wood flooring and porcelain, VCT or ceramic tile. - Perform weekly inventory of parts and supplies; order as needed. - Work with housekeeping department on weekly basis and respond to VIP chec...
