Lab Pack Depacking/Chemical Processing Technician

Job description

This position reports to the Containerized waste Supervisor. The holder will work on the plant floor and be responsible for categorizing and processing incoming/outgoing liquid and solid waste streams. Processing could include bulking, pumping using a vacuum truck or waste disposal by chemical reaction. The position is responsible for ensuring documentation associated with the waste receiving, processing and transportation complies with the applicable provincial and federal regulations and legislation.
