Position Summary: To maintain building operating system components including not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Assist Facilities Management team in all building maintenance and help create a safe and code compliant building setting. Essential Functions: - Maintain building electrical components. - Maintain plumbing systems pumps, heaters, and fixtures - Assist with pool maintenance. - Work with Building materials to maintain building structure, building appearance, cleanliness, and building safety - Work alongside other facilities team members in all daily tasks professionally. - Order parts and assist team members in maintaining the facilities departments warehouse and all storage areas. - Work off of work order program to get daily task and check preventative maintenance schedule.
