What’s the role? As a Digital Learning Specialist, you’ll design and deliver engaging, learner‑centred content that supports Banker Professional Development and Accreditation across a high‑performing banking organisation. Drawing on instructional design and adult learning principles, you’ll create high‑quality multimedia, eLearning, graphic and AI‑enabled learning assets that drive engagement, accessibility and measurable impact. You’ll specialise in the hands‑on end‑to‑end design and production of engaging digital learning content, working closely with stakeholders to co‑create innovative experiences aligned to organisational standards and quality frameworks. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capability Solutions, you’ll harness emerging technologies and learning analytics to continuously refine content and maximise learning impact.
