Job Description Indian River State College is seeking an inspiring and dedicated leader to champion its softball program and shape the student-athlete experience on and off the field. This role goes beyond coaching—it’s about building a program where students thrive academically, compete at a high level, and grow into confident, capable individuals. Under administrative direction, the Head Softball Coach provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the softball program, including coaching, instruction, recruitment, and operations. You’ll guide student-athletes from their first campus visit through graduation and beyond—supporting their development as competitors, students, and future professionals. This position plays a key role in cultivating a positive, high-performing team culture while managing program resources, mentoring staff, and strengthening community connections through camps, showcases, and outreach.
