Events & Marketing Executive

Job description

The role: We are looking for an Events & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development department. This role is pivotal in supporting the strategic planning, management and delivery of firmwide events and programmes, creating a positive impact and elevating our firm brand. You will be assisting with event logistics, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, supporting the creation of event agendas and materials, marketing and promotion of the events, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marcomms team, fee earners, business services departments and other members of the wider M&BD team. While standard office hours apply, the role will require flexibility to work additional hours, including early mornings and evenings, as well as some international travel (where required) to ensure the successful delivery of events.
