Job description
About the role: To provide efficient, proactive administrative and organisational support to the management team/key individual(s), enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities. The PA Assistant will manage diary and travel arrangements, handle communications, coordinate meetings and events, and act as a first point of contact internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Support the PA to maintain diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments and global travel arrangements (including accommodation, transport, visas where required). Handling enquiries, taking messages and liaising with internal/external stakeholders. Make meeting arrangements: booking rooms, organising catering, e.g. lunches evening meals. Support event planning and coordination (internal workshops, team meetings, off-site events) including logistics, attendance lists, materials and post-event follow up. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of integrity and professionalism. Provide ad-hoc project support or administrative tasks as required: research, data collection, expense tracking, supplier liaising.
