Job description

Pay: $22.00/hr Role: The Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT assets across the organization, ensuring devices are accurately tracked, properly provisioned, maintained, and retired in alignment with company standards. This role serves as the operational backbone for device inventory, supporting IT, security, procurement, and end users by maintaining visibility and control over all hardware assets. Responsibilities: Asset Lifecycle Management: - Track all IT assets from procurement through disposal - Maintain accurate inventory records (serial numbers, assignments, locations) - Coordinate device provisioning, reallocation, and decommissioning Inventory & Systems Management: - Maintain asset records in asset management systems (e.g., IT Glue, Freshservice, CMDB) - Perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy - Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records Procurement & Logistics: - Coordinate ordering of hardware with approved vendors - Manage device receiving, tagging, and staging - Ensure devices meet standardized configurations before deployment Device Provisioning & Recovery: - Prepare devices for new hires and repl...
