Electrolyte Production Supervisor

Job description

Position Overview: Solid Power is seeking an Electrolyte Production Supervisor to lead daily electrolyte powder manufacturing operations supporting next-generation all-solid-state battery materials. This role is responsible for driving safe, consistent, and efficient production while leading operators, enforcing standards, and improving process performance. The supervisor will partner cross-functionally with QC, Engineering, Maintenance, EH&S, and other departments to ensure product quality, throughput, and compliance in a controlled manufacturing environment. This position will support our split shift team. The shift will start mid-morning and as customer demand increases, could move to a traditional second shift schedule. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Electrolyte Production.
