Speech Language Pathologist

Job description

We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year. Hourly Rate Range: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour - Start date - ASAP - May 22, 2026 - Daily Start/End Time: 7:40 - 3:00 - Caseload: 50 or less, elementary and preschool, split between two schools. Responsibilities would include: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique goals. - Deliver direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings. - Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication. - Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress. - Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews. - Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments Benefits: - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. - North Carolina SLP License (or eligibility...
