Job Overview: The Director of Utility plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and performance of HCGT by leading the 200M Revenue utility business for Burndy and Connector Manufacturing company (both brands within CGT). Tasked with leading a dynamic team of product managers and engineers, this individual ensures the alignment of product line initiatives with both market trends and the company’s broader vision for innovation and excellence.
