OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Leasing Representative to support and execute leasing activities across a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, and retail assets. This role combines transactional leasing support with front-line leasing responsibilities and requires strong market knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play an integral role in marketing available space, supporting negotiations, preparing lease documentation, and coordinating closely with ownership, property management, brokers, and legal counsel.
