About the Role: We are seeking a senior enterprise leader to shape and coordinate ANZ’s group-level performance and consequence management frameworks, operating at the intersection of risk, remuneration and culture. This role focuses on enterprise outcomes rather than day-to-day performance management. Role Type: Permanent: Role Location: Melbourne Work Hours: Full Time What will your day look like? - Coordinate and lead the operation of the Enterprise Accountability Group. - Own group and divisional scorecard governance, including assessment cycles and executive review. - Guide and coordinate consequence management considerations for material risk and conduct matters in line with CPS511 and FAR. - Act as product owner for performance and consequence management frameworks and tools. - Coordinate delivery of PACT-related commitments, including executive and Board reporting. - Partner closely with Risk, Legal, ER, Remuneration and senior leaders in complex and sensitive contexts.
