About the team: In this role, you'll be joining the Operations team. The Operations team manages the entire order fulfillment process, from inventory management to shipping and logistics. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by handling issues such as order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
