The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our high-performing Payroll Team within the Hungry Jack’s National Support Office. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll across a workforce of approximately 25,000 employees nationally, while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders across Australia. This is also an exciting opportunity to join the business during a significant period of systems transformation, with the recent implementation of the new and exciting Workday platform across the organisation. Payroll Processing Responsibilities: - Assisting with end-to-end weekly payroll processing in a team environment using Workday Payroll - Data entry and maintenance for new starters, employee changes, and terminations - Review and management of Time & Attendance data from LIFELENZ - Calculation of various leave types including parental leave, annual leave, long service leave, sick leave, and workers compensation - Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll processes - Accurate interpretation of Awards and EBAs - Responding to payroll enquiries via email, pho...
