JOB DESCRIPTION: The Atlanta, GA office is in search of an experienced transactional Paralegal to join out Real Estate practice group. The Real Estate Paralegal will work directly with attorneys and clients during due diligence, closings, and post-closing work of commercial real estate transactions.
